Utah Code § 78B-7-901
in effect78B-7-901. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Conviction" means:
(a) a verdict or conviction;
(b) a plea of guilty or guilty with a mental condition;
(c) a plea of no contest; or
(d) the acceptance by the court of a plea in abeyance.
(2) "Immediate family" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5-106.5.
