A. The committee shall consist of nine members to be appointed by the mayor and city council to serve without compensation for a term of three years, except that three members shall be appointed to serve for an initial term of two years.
B. The committee shall select from among their number a chairman and a vice chairman. The director of community and human development shall designate an executive secretary to provide staff support.
