§ 60-13-36. - Share vehicles businesses.
(a) License application fee with each application, annual .....$ 302.00.
(b) share vehicle fee, annual .....$30.00 per share vehicle.
(c) share vehicle removal fee .....Actual work time used for impoundment multiplied by the rate of $100.00 per hour per share vehicle removed or relocated.
(d) share vehicle storage fee .....$5.00 per share vehicle per day stored.
The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the license and fees shall be added to the cost set forth in this Section 60-13-36 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
