§ 25-6-293 - ESTABLISHING LINE AND GRADE. (A) The permittee shall establish the line and grade for construction performed under this division and shall set, preserve, and protect the line and grade stakes. (B) The city manager may require the permittee to set line and grade stakes under the direct supervision of a registered public surveyor or registered professional engineer.
