Denver Revised Municipal Code § 35-51 Required.

Sec. 35-51. - Required. Before any trailer park license shall be issued or renewed authorizing any trailer park to operate, it shall be inspected under the direction of the manager of public health and environment pertaining to health and sanitation, and if found to be safe and in conformity herewith, the manager shall, at the request of the applicant for such license, issue a health permit. Denver Revised Municipal Code § 35-52 Cancellation.

Sec. 35-52. - Cancellation. If at any time after the issuance of a health permit under this division, the manager of public health and environment shall have reason to believe that such trailer park is no longer in compliance with provisions of this article pertaining to health and sanitation or has or is about to become a menace to the health of the public or of the inhabitants of such trailer park, the manager shall forthwith so notify the owner, operator or attendant of such trailer park and cancel such permit. Denver Revised Municipal Code § 35-53 Effect of cancellation.

Sec. 35-53. - Effect of cancellation. Immediately upon cancellation of a health permit, the trailer park shall cease to do business, and each person whose health is or may be endangered shall move or may forthwith be removed from such trailer park. (Code 1950, § 633.6-3)

Denver Revised Municipal Code § 35-54 Hearing regarding cancellation.

Sec. 35-54. - Hearing regarding cancellation. At any time after a health permit of any trailer park has been canceled, the owner, operator or attendant thereof may request the manager of public health and environment to hold a hearing not less than two (2) days after such request regarding such cancellation, and if the manager finds from the evidence that such trailer park is not, or is not about to become, or has ceased to be a menace to the health of the public or the inhabitants of such trailer park, the manager shall restore the health permit, and such trailer park may resume its business. Denver Revised Municipal Code § 35-55 Revocation of license.

Sec. 35-55. - Revocation of license. Regardless of the cancellation or restoration of any health permit, any violation of any of the provisions of this article pertaining to health and sanitation may be grounds for revocation or suspension of a trailer park license in accordance with section 35-74.
