§ 18-59 SAME - DURATION OF LICENSE; NO REFUND OF LICENSE FEE. Licenses for marinas and marine fuel facilities shall be valid from January 1 through December 31 of each calendar year unless sooner suspended or revoked for cause; a new license shall be applied for annually. No license fees shall be refunded, transferred or prorated. (Ord. 10773, § 1, passed 1-22-1991)
