§ 59D-12 Operations – Business Premises. (a) Maintenance of Physical Location. A High-Volume For-Hire Service Owner must maintain a principal place of business in a commercially zoned area. 35 RCNY § 59D-12(a) Fine: Suspension until requirement is met.
