§ 15-13-61 - SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DISTRICT-SCALE OWRS. (A) This section applies to a district-scale project that allows multiple structures on multiple parcels to share an OWRS. (B) The parcels may be in one or more jurisdictions. (C) If the piping or other component for an OWRS is located in the City's right-of-way, an encroachment agreement that complies with Chapter 14-11 (Use of Right-of-Way) is required. (D) Each supplier and user associated with the district-scale project shall comply with this chapter and other regulations regarding the use of alternative water sources. Source: Ord.
