SEC. 49.7.13. COMMITTEES TO OPPOSE RECALL PETITIONS. An elected City officer who is the subject of a recall petition may create a City ballot measure committee to oppose the recall petition. That committee is subject to the same contribution limitations and other requirements as the committee to support the recall petition.
