SEC. 49.7.12. TRAINING FOR CANDIDATES AND TREASURERS. Every candidate for elected City office and every treasurer of a candidate’s City controlled committee shall attend a training program conducted or sponsored by the Ethics Commission prior to the election at which the candidate’s name will appear on the ballot.
