§ 10-1-18 - APPEAL BY APPLICANT. (A) If the city clerk refuses to accept a deposit under this article, the clerk shall mail a notice of refusal to the applicant. (B) A person may appeal the clerk's refusal to accept a trust offered under this article to the city manager. (C) The appeal must be filed not later than the 10th day after the date the applicant receives a notice of refusal from the clerk. A notice is considered received by the applicant on the third day after the date the clerk mails the notice. (D) The city manager shall prescribe rules for an appeal under this section.
