for each year pipeline is continued and maintained in any part of public property or in any public utility reserve:
fee per rod; each pipeline, annual .....$ 2.65
minimum fee, annual .....14.00
The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the permit fees shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 60-37-27 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
