Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 60-37-22 Interchanging of pipelines.

§ 60-37-22. - Interchanging of pipelines. (a) when ditch is not deepened and low-pressure line is not replaced with a high-pressure line, per rod .....$100.00 (b) when ditch is deepened and new pipeline is a high-pressure line; additional, per rod .....$100.00 The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the permit fees shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 60-37-22 if payment is made with a credit or debit card. (Code 1970, § 22-85; Ord. § 60-37-24. - Excavation for laying, removing, installing, or maintaining pipeline. (a) when ditch width does not exceed 15 inches, even though more than one pipeline is laid in ditch, per rod: July 1, 2025 and thereafter $100.00 (b) when ditch width exceeds 15 inches, per rod for each pipeline laid in the ditch: July 1, 2025 and thereafter $100.00 The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards.
