Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-482
in effect§ 38-482. - Moving rocks, digging holes, etc.
No person shall:
(a) move or displace rock, gravel or soil,
(b) dig holes or build mounds,
(c) move or displace rip-rapping,
(d) displace bank protection,
(e) level ground, or
(f) erect or construct any permanent camping or other structure or facility, unless authorized by the Utilities Director.
