§42.0502 Reduction Works, Fertilizer Plants — Construction Materials Such establishment shall have floors and gutters constructed of concrete or other material with a smooth finish; walls, ceilings, partitions, posts, doors and other parts of all structures shall be of such materials, construction and finish as will permit them to be readily and thoroughly cleaned.
