§42.0501 Reduction Works, Fertilizer Plants — Regulated Health Regulated Businesses shall include the business of steaming, boiling, reducing, rendering or cooking any animal, fish or vegetable substance or matter for the manufacturer of fertilizer, fats, oils, chicken meal or any by–product thereof of any kind or character.
