Sec. 13-103. - Equipment and utensils. (a) Equipment and utensils in rendering businesses shall be constructed of impervious materials, so designed and fabricated as to facilitate cleaning, so located or placed as to be readily accessible for cleaning, and shall be kept clean and in good repair. (b) Equipment utilized in handling and processing of materials for rendering shall not be used in connection with finished products or in the finished products room or area. (Ord.
