SEC. 41A-14.3. HOURS OF OPERATION. (a) A sexually oriented business must be closed for business each day between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (b) This section shall be reviewed by the appropriate city council committee on or before January 26, 2024, and by the January of every even numbered year thereafter.
