16.18.095 - Appeals. An aggrieved applicant may appeal any requirement, decision, or determination made by the Floodplain Administrator in the enforcement or administration of this chapter. Such appeal shall be made in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.40.030 of the Riverside Municipal Code. (Ord. 6997 §§5, 6, 2008; Ord. 5640 §1, 1988)
