Sec. 32-7. - Approval by other officials. Upon receipt of any application, the manager may give notice of the application to any other city agency or department. The applicant shall obtain any and all necessary permits, licenses, and other regulatory approvals from the city departments and agencies prior to the issuance, modification, or renewal of the license.
