Sec. 40-124. - Penalty. Violation of this article is unlawful. Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-6 of this Code. Each and every day that any violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. No. 00-1115, § 2, 12-20-00)
