§ 9-6904. Penalties and Enforcement. A violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be classified as a Class III offense subject to the maximum fine set forth in subsection 1-109(3) of the Code, in addition to the penalties authorized pursuant to Section A-505.1 of the Philadelphia Administrative Code. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
