Sec. 801-211. - License renewal. The license administrator may give written notice to a licensee of the expiration date of the license, and provide the licensee an application and a statement of the license fees and other charges that are due if the license is to be renewed. The term of a license that has been renewed shall commence upon the expiration of the preceding license term. (G.O. 183, 1997, § 1; G.O. 63, 2009, § 102)
