Sec. 33-373. - Duties and responsibilities of the Director of Houston Public Works. The Director of Houston Public Works shall collaborate with the director in the preparation of an annual MTFP and, when applicable, review the proposed plan and make recommendations to the director on a MTFP amendment prior to commission consideration.
