§26.0911 Severability If any part or provision of this Division or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Division, including the application of such part or provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and effect. To this end, the provisions of this Division are severable. (“Severability” added 3–18–1991 by O–17614 N.S.)
