SEC. 32-28.2. POSTING OF PARKING FEES REQUIRED. (a) A person who engages in the business of parking motor vehicles for compensation in the Fair Park parking area during the state fair of Texas or any designated special event shall post a sign in a conspicuous place on the premises that indicates, in letters at least five inches high, the fee charged for parking a motor vehicle on the premises. (b) A person commits an offense if he charges a fee for parking a motor vehicle in the Fair Park parking area that is higher than the fee indicated on the sign posted on the premises. (Ord.
