SEC 32-28.1. FAIR PARK PARKING AREA - MAXIMUM PARKING FEE. A person commits an offense if, during the state fair of Texas or any designated special event, he charges a customer a fee for parking a motor vehicle within the Fair Park parking area that is more than 150 percent of the fee that is charged for parking a motor vehicle within the fair grounds.
