§ 47-301. - Wastewater discharge permit duration. Wastewater discharge permits shall be issued for a specified time period, not to exceed five years. A permit may be issued for a period less than a year or may be stated to expire on a specific date, at the discretion of the Director. Each wastewater discharge permit will indicate a specific date upon which it will expire. (Code 1980, § 41-5.1; Ord. No. 19830, § 1, 9-29-92; Ord. No. 22053, § 3, 10-8-02)
