Sec. 8-2144. - INSPECTION OF PROPERTY. It shall be the duty, upon request of the Raleigh Director of Public Utilities or his designee, of the cross connection coordinator to cause inspections to be made of properties served by the public water supply where cross-connections with the public water supply are deemed possible. The frequency of inspections and reinspections shall be set by the Raleigh Director of Public Utilities or his designee. (Ord. No. 2015-397, §1, 2-16-15, eff. 2-21-15)
