Section 13.14. - Participation in the City of Jacksonville's risk management program. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Duval County School Board is authorized, at its option, to participate, with the concurrence of the city council and in accordance with the provisions of chapter 128, Ordinance Code, in the risk management program operated and managed by the City of Jacksonville.
