9.42.095 - Inspection. The City's Police Chief, Fire Chief and Building Official and their authorized representatives, shall have the right to enter the fortunetelling establishment from time to time during regular business hours for the purpose of making reasonable inspections to observe and enforce compliance with applicable building, fire or electrical regulations and the provisions of this chapter.
