San José Municipal Code § 20.200.1054
in effect"Riparian corridor" means any defined stream channel, including the area up to the bank full-flow line, as well as all characteristic streamside vegetation in contiguous adjacent uplands. Stream channels include perennial and intermittent streams shown as a solid or dashed blue line on USGS topographic maps. (Ord. 29785.)
