§ 2-256 EVIDENCE OF CRIMINAL CONDUCT. During the performance of their duties under the provisions of this article, if the ERC, hearing officer, city manager or city council receives evidence of criminal conduct, the ERC, hearing officer, city manager or council may provide such evidence to the prosecuting attorney having jurisdiction of such matter for appropriate action.
