376.04 - Effective Date. The tax levied and imposed pursuant to the provisions of Section 376.02(a) of this Chapter shall apply to any admissions charged and paid on and after July 1, 2019. The tax levied and imposed pursuant to the provisions of Section 376.02(b) of this Chapter shall apply to any admissions charged and paid on and after July 1, 2026. (Ord.
