The approval of a minor plat application shall remain in effect for a period of two years from the date of approval by the city manager or designee. If the minor plat has not been recorded within the two-year period, the minor plat approval, unless extended in accordance with Chapter 19.41, shall expire and the applicable plat shall be deemed null and void.
