525.07 - Investigation. The board shall examine all applications filed under C.C. 525.05 and shall make, or cause to be made, further investigation of the application and the applicant as necessary. Upon request, the applicant shall make available for inspection all of the applicant's books, records and papers at any reasonable time before the application is granted, during the time a permit is in effect, or after a permit has expired. The Director may require a person claiming to be exempt from the provisions of this chapter to present evidence to substantiate its claim of exemption. (Ord. No. 1589-2017, § 1, 6-19-2017; Ord.
