9.12.180 - Violation of Sections 9.12.030, 9.12.050, 9.12.060 or 9.12.070—Penalty. Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Sections 9.12.030, 9.12.050, 9.12.060 or 9.12.070 of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, imprisonment in the City Jail for not less than thirty days or more than six months, or both. Every day of such violation constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 3450 § 1, 1989: Ord. 3195 § 3, 1985)
