§27.2910 Candidate and Committee Status; Duration (a) For purposes of this division, any individual who is a candidate retains the status of candidate until that status is terminated either: (1) pursuant to California Government Code section 84214; or (2) pursuant to sections 27.2991(c) or 27.2991(d) of this Municipal Code. (b) For purposes of this division, any committee retains the status of committee until that status is terminated pursuant to California Government Code section 84214. (Amended 9-12-2000 by O-18846 N.S.) (Repealed and added 9-7-2004 by O-19317 N.S.; effective 1-1-2005.)
