§ 12-12 DIRECT AUTOMATIC ALARM NOTIFICATION. An alarm system, other than an alarm system in a local, state or federal governmental entity or in a financial institution, which transmits automatic alarm notifications directly to the communications center of the police department, shall be prohibited.
