4113.25 - Plans and specifications. Where required by the building official, each application for a permit shall be accompanied by three sets of plans and specifications. One set of approved plans, specifications and computations shall be retained by the building official for a period of not less than 90 days from date of completion of the work covered therein, and not less than two sets of the approved plans and specifications shall be returned to the applicant. One approved set shall be kept on the building site at all times during the progress of the work authorized thereby. Plans and specifications need not be submitted for minor work when authorized by the building official. (Ord. 1483-97 § 2 (part).)
