Sec. 901-203. - Inspections. (a) All initial applications and subsequent renewal applications are subject to inspection for health, building and fire safety inspections. (b) If the request for inspection described in subsection (a) of this section is denied, any officer or employee of the requesting agency may seek an administrative search warrant from a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing said inspection.
