17D-4-302. Fees. (1) In addition to any fees authorized by Title 17B, Chapter 1, Provisions Applicable to All Special Districts, a public infrastructure district may charge a fee for an administrative service that the public infrastructure district provides, to pay some or all of the public infrastructure district's: (a) costs of acquiring, improving, or extending improvements, facilities, or property; or (b) costs associated with the enforcement of a legal remedy. (2) The board of a public infrastructure district shall establish fees by a fee schedule in ordinance or resolution. Amended by Chapter 347, 2025 General Session
