§1412.0104 Applicability This Division applies to all disclosable buildings within the City of San Diego, except disclosable buildings owned by any of the following: (a) the County of San Diego; (b) the State of California; (c) the United States of America; (d) the Metropolitan Transit Service; or (e) the San Diego Unified School District.
