§ 38-325. - Vehicles on lake bottoms. (a) No person shall drive any vehicle on lake bottoms on the Atoka Reservoir-Reservation unless authorized to do so by the Chief Ranger. (b) Any person violating Subsection (a) shall be guilty of an offense against the City and such an offense shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $35.00 or imprisonment in the City jail not exceeding 30 days or both such fine and imprisonment. (c) Every act of driving a vehicle in violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense. (Code 1970, § 23-8.2; Code 1980, § 38-325)
