Sec. 28-203. - Contracts excluded from this article VII. Contracts for which bids or proposals are sought under the minority and women business enterprise (MWBE) ordinance established pursuant to article III of this chapter 28, and its divisions, are excluded from the coverage of this article VII. In addition, in the case of a contract for which a part of the contract price is to be paid with funds from the United States Government or the State of Colorado and for which the United States Government or the State of Colorado have made applicable to such contract requirements, terms or conditions that are inconsistent with the terms of this article VII, the provisions of this article VII shall not apply to such contract to the extent of such inconsistency.
