Sec. 12.28.635. - Expansion of Maintenance District 5. Upon the filing of a petition and by appropriate amendment to this ordinance after the city council has made the findings pursuant to RMC Section 12.28.050, Maintenance District 5 may be expanded to include future phases of the subdivision for which the instant petition has been presented.
