18C.225. MISBRANDED PRODUCTS. Subdivision 1. Sale and distribution prohibited. A person may not sell or distribute a misbranded fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment. Subd. 2. Factors causing misbranding. A fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment is misbranded if: (1) it carries a false or misleading statement on the container, on the label attached to the container; or (2) false or misleading statements concerning the fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment are disseminated in any manner or by any means. 1989 c 326 art 6 s 15
