Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 7-66 License.

§ 7-66. - License. (a) No person shall maintain any pool or billiard table in any place where such games are publicly played without first obtaining a license from the City for each table so maintained. Application for such a license shall be made to the Supervisor of Licenses, and its issuance and duration shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 26. (b) A person required by the provisions of Subsection (a) to obtain a license shall pay to the City the fee established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 7-67 Location restrictions.

§ 7-67. - Location restrictions. No person shall operate or maintain any pool or billiard hall within 200 feet of any property used or occupied for religious worship or a public or private school building. (Code 1970, § 6-62; Code 1980, § 7-67)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 7-68 Operating hours.

§ 7-68. - Operating hours. (a) All persons operating pool or billiard tables shall close such tables and shall not permit anyone to play on them between the hours of 2:01 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. (b) No person operating or maintaining any billiard or pool hall or domino parlor shall open for business, or permit any person to play pool, billiards, dominos or any other game in his place of business, on Sunday from 2:01 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. (Code 1970, §§ 6-64, 6-65; Code 1980, § 7-68; Ord. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 7-69 Minors, intoxicated persons, etc.

§ 7-69. - Minors, intoxicated persons, etc. (a) No person operating a pool or billiard hall shall permit any intoxicated person to remain in the hall. (b) If alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises, no operator of a pool or billiard hall shall permit any person under the age of 18 years to enter the hall unless accompanied by his parent or guardian.
