§ 49-263. - Refuse collection fees. The refuse collection fees for the collection, removal, storage, transportation or disposal of collectible solid waste, garbage or trash as authorized by Section 49-29 of this chapter shall at all times be sufficient to enable the City to pay in the following priority: (1) all direct and indirect costs of collection, removal, storage, transportation or disposal of collectible solid waste, garbage or trash; and (2) any other costs or fees as determined by the City Council of the City.
