6.02.120 - Fixed place of business required. (A) Except as otherwise provided in Subsection (B) of this Section, a business license shall only be issued if the applicant has a fixed place of business from which the business will actually be conducted. (B) A mobile business license may be issued to an applicant whose business operations are conducted exclusively from other than a fixed place of business within the City, including door-to-door operations and operations conducted from a motorized vehicle. (C) Failure by a holder of a City multi-jurisdictional business license to permanently maintain a fixed place of business within the boundaries of the City shall preclude the annual renewal of such a license.
